Frequently Asked Questions
What time does the conference start?
The worship night starts at 7pm on Friday October 3, 2025, doors will open at 6:30pm. On Saturday October 4th, registration and the continental breakfast begins at 9:00am and worship starts at 9:30am with our Workshops beginning at 10:00am.
Will Friday be open to everyone like last year?
Yes! Our Friday night worship night is open to everyone! There will be worship and dedicated ministry time. We will have light refreshments for you to enjoy throughout the night.
What does my registration fee include?
Your registration fee includes admission to Saturday's full day of Workshops. Additionally it includes free snacks and drinks throughout the event, a continental breakfast as well as lunch on Saturday, and a swag bag full of amazing goodies!
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know about any dietary restrictions upon registration. We will try our best to meet every requirement.
Will there be hotel accommodations?
While your registration fee does not include hotel accommodations, our team has complied a list of hotels and AirBnBs around the area. We have also have a few hotels blocked for this event. If you need a list please email us at [email protected] with the email subject: Conference Hotel List.
Will childcare be available?
Unfortunately we will not have childcare available. Therefore you must make your own accommodations prior to the event for childcare.
Is the location wheelchair accessible?
Yes! The Capitol Theater has a wheelchair entrance as well as an elevator to reach the second floor.
Is my registration price refundable?
Unfortunately, no the registration price is non-refundable.
